Daily bread (day 2) – a visit to a Iranian bakery

With the world of bread at my feet, I was a bit confused where to begin, until I happened across the wonderful vocabulary of middle eastern flatbreads.

I love them picking the stones from the baked bread. According to My Persian Corner sangak is apparently good with feta cheese, walnuts and sweet tea.
